Shipping & Delivery

1. How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Express Shipping: Arrives within 1 to 3 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Arrives within 2 to 8 business days (Free for orders over $89)

We primarily ship using FedEx and UPS within the US.

Please note: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or US territories.


2. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a ‘Track Order’ button. Clicking this will take you to the courier’s website for real-time tracking updates.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, check your order confirmation email for estimated dispatch times.


3. What are your shipping policies regarding delivery, title, and risk of loss?

a. We arrange the shipment of all products. Specific delivery options can be found on individual product pages. Shipping and handling charges are specified during checkout.

b. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed over to the courier. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.


4. What should I do if my order is lost or hasn’t arrived?

If your tracking number indicates a delayed status, please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us. Occasionally, couriers experience unexpected delays.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please reach out to us, and we will initiate an investigation with the courier.

Note: Once your order is with the courier, any delays or issues are out of our control, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.


5. Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been processed, we can update your shipping address. Please provide your new address along with your order number as soon as possible.

Important: If an incorrect address was provided and the package has already been delivered, we are unable to retrieve it and do not take responsibility for misdeliveries. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order!


6. What is your returns policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered or received.

However, some items are not eligible for return. Any exclusions will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

To qualify for a return:
✔ The return request must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
✔ The item was not marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or personalized at checkout unless it arrived faulty.
✔ The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, including tags, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.
✔ You must provide a photo of the item before shipping so we can verify its condition.

🚨 Important Refund Policy for Bundles:
If you return part of a bundle deal, the discounted pricing no longer applies. The items you keep will revert to their current sale price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Example:

  • Purchased a Kitty Cave for $89
  • Returned one item (regular sale price = $79)
  • Refund calculation: $89 - $79 = $10 refund

Note: This is an example—final refund amounts will be calculated at the time of return processing.

🚚 Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your order has shipped, we cannot refund shipping charges.
